Not giving a eff.
Maybe just call it what it is…. I’m getting older and more seasoned in this wonderful industry and I put up with less and less.
A lot of people think that setting boundaries is pushing people out, but really it’s letting the good in.
Maybe this sounds familiar…
Feeling scared of making someone angry for saying no.
Feeling fear of losing clients if you can’t get them in early enough.
Feeling exhausted from being overworked and underappreciated.
Or just feeling scared of not making enough money.
It’s funny because I think back to when I would feel these feelings constantly in my business behind the chair.
I didn’t know that I had the power.
I was the commodity…
And so are YOU.
If only you knew how worthy you are… you would be putting up with less too.
Your heart yearns for more because you are this more. You are the very more you seek. Your capacity to come alive and experience the fullness of this life is calling out to you daily. Your longing to connect deeper and share is because you have so very much to give and so much to allow in.
Once I realized how worthy I am to be appreciated as a stylist, sought out as a businesswoman, and wanted as an artist… is when the abundance came rushing to me.
Once this happened, putting up with less seemed easy.
It was easy to say no more than I said yes. It was easy for me to attract my dream clients because I wasn’t wasting my time on the wrong ones. I let it be easy.
And stopped giving an eff.
